- Electrical safety inspections
“The gentlemen who did the work were smart, knowledgeable and conscientious. The job consisted of a variety of expertise that is difficult to find in one place. The job took a lot longer than anticipated because of some peculiarities in the construction of my house. They stayed and finished the work without charging beyond their original estimate. I would call on them again and probably will.”Donald S. — Erwin, NC
What a service replacement looks like
The first two plates are existing conditions we were called out to replace — not our installations.

How a service call works
Book online
Pick the work and a time that suits you. You get a confirmed appointment window, not a day-long wait.
We arrive stocked
Trucks are stocked and materials pre-kitted, so common work gets finished on the first visit.
You see the problem
We show you what is wrong and what the options are before anything is replaced.
Done to code
Work is completed to current code by the licensed contractor who carries the job.
Homeowner questions
How do I know if I need a panel upgrade?
Common signs are a fuse panel rather than breakers, breakers that trip repeatedly, no room left for new circuits, scorching or corrosion inside the panel, or a service too small for what you want to add — an EV charger, a hot tub or a heat pump. We can look and tell you plainly whether it needs replacing.
Do you give a confirmed appointment window?
Yes. Residential work is booked online and you get a confirmed window rather than a vague day-long wait. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Which areas do you cover for residential service?
Hoke, Cumberland, Harnett and Sampson counties — including Raeford, Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Lillington, Dunn, Erwin and Clinton. If you are just outside that, call and ask.
Is the same crew doing my house as the commercial jobs?
Yes, and that is deliberate. The crews that wire manufacturing facilities and run carrier fiber are the ones who handle your panel swap, so residential work gets commercial-grade workmanship and the same code standards.
Need an electrician at the house?
Panel upgrades, troubleshooting, EV chargers and standby generators — booked online with a confirmed window.
