Savant Solutions Inc ("Savant", "we") is a licensed electrical contractor at 2545 Rockfish Rd, Raeford, NC 28376. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, book service, visit this website or exchange text messages with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact and service details you give us: name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of the work you need. We use these to respond to you, schedule and perform work, send estimates and invoices, and follow up on your request.
• Calls and texts. Calls to our office line may be recorded and transcribed for quality and accurate records; you hear a notice at the start of each call. Text messages you exchange with us are kept with your customer record.
• Website analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not collect your name or contact details.
• Payments are processed by our field-service and payment providers; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and schedule electrical services, communicate about your estimate or job, request feedback after completed work, keep required business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS) and your consent

When you text our office number, call us and agree to receive texts, or book service and agree to texts, we may send you customer-care messages about your request: replies to your texts, a follow-up if we miss your call, confirmations of estimate and job appointments, and a one-time request for a review after a completed job. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages and run our systems, and only for that purpose.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the business (scheduling and invoicing software, messaging and phone carriers, payment processing, bookkeeping, website hosting), with your consent, or where the law requires.

Retention and security

Customer, job and financial records are kept as long as needed for service, warranty and legal record-keeping. Our systems use encrypted connections and role-based access limited to our office staff.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information, opt out of texts (reply STOP), or ask what we hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (910) 973-8600.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
